The SuccessCare Questionnaire provides you and your client with a benchmark for where they are now in terms of the day-to-day operation and planning for the bigger future.  It is designed to engage all stakeholders in identifying the different perspectives they have around factors that are important to the success and continuity of the business.

Available online or in booklet form, the SuccessCare Questionnaire is a very easy-to-use tool that identifies building blocks for the future, and highlights areas for concern going forward.  By recognizing the areas in which stakeholders have either consistent or differing viewpoints, you can more readily focus on the areas that need more attention.

We recommend that all stakeholders in the family / business complete this survey.  We will then chart the responses from each participant and provide you with a final report that shows collective viewpoints.  This analysis is an excellent base for determining what needs to be done to facilitate the development of a successful business transition.

Methodology

  • All stakeholders independently complete the questionnaire. All submissions are confidential. (A hard copy of the questionnaire is available for those who do not wish to complete the survey online.)


  • Each stakeholder receives a chart showing their own personal results. The chart highlights areas of optimism about the future and areas for concern going forward.


  • We collate all the responses to compile a report which depicts everyone's viewpoints on thirteen key areas of the business. Everyone is assured of confidentiality as all results are anonymous.


  • We provide you with a final report that includes an analysis of the current and potential obstacles to a successful transition and outlines key strategies for enhancing the success of your client's business transition.
