My client has been going through a bit of a rough patch in the last two years and was losing some of his "entrepreneurial drive."  Showing him how he grew his company from $2 million to $20 million and how he overcame numerous hurdles in the past, helped him to realize that he will once again get through it and succeed.  He was very motivated when talking about his house on the hill.  He was also very shocked to find out that his goal was not that far off based on the past rate of return of the business.  This led him to think that he could surpass his previous dream.  Now that's great stuff!   He was very eager for me to report back to him and summarize our discussions including the hurdles and strategies and is looking to implementing some immediately.  He was most interested in a formalized Advisory Team, as he is finding it difficult run the show on his own.
