The Line of ConfidenceTM chart depicts how we guide families from the Inertia Stage, where they are unclear or unsure about what the future might hold, across the Line of Confidence, to the Implementation Stage where they are informed and excited about what they can build together as a family.

We call the left side of the chart, the Learning Phase. Here we employ a variety of tools that inform and educate families so that they can develop the confidence to address the inevitable change in leadership and ownership of their family business.

So whether it's a little uncertainty, a deeper fear, or just plain old procrastination that stops you, The SuccessCare® Program can help you move forward with confidence. 

 The other side of The Line of ConfidenceTM chart is the Communication Phase.

When families reach the Initiation Stage, they begin to address the roadblocks to a successful transition by employing structures that promote their common interest.

The final stage is to initiate processes that enable governance and decision-making to provide them with choice, direction and the capability to complete the implementation of the transition planning process.

Now it's time to celebrate the successes and take advantage of the opportunities ahead. At this point, many families share their experiences with those colleagues back in the Inertia stage to encourage others to move forward with confidence.
